  • All group classes are designed for mixed ability. Meaning if your totally new to Pilates or have practiced for years there is something to suit everybody.

    I offer Modifications and progressions to ensure everybody feels comfortable, but enough to challenge you so you’re working towards a stronger, leaner version of yourself.

  • No.

    If you have your own Pilates Mat, Pilates props such as a circle, small ball then feel free to bring them to class. If not, don’t worry as there is provided equipment in class.

  • The group Pilates classes are unsuitable for pregnancy. Pilates Method by BBW runs specific Pre Natal courses designed for all stages of pregnancy from 12 weeks +

  • Suitable, comfortable gym wear is appropriate. Pilates should be practised in bare feet or Pilates grip socks.

  • Classes and Private sessions run at Hero Fitness, Shaw Road, Heaton Moor, Stockport, SK4 4AE

    At home private training areas covered include, Cheshire & Manchester.

  • You have up to 12 hours before a session to cancel your booking for a credit to use for another class. Any classes / sessions cancelled within the 12-hour time frame will be liable for full charge of the session.
